IMPORTANT

Your bin must be left out on the day of cleaning or close to the entrance, we will not enter property to retrieve it.
Your bin should be clearly identifiable to your property.
We do not take away rubbish, any excess left in your bin after it’s emptied will be bagged by us and placed back in your bin after cleaning.
We cannot clean a bin if it is contaminated with paint, excessive amounts of fat, grease, oil, or Cat & Dog faeces.
